Fuji – Bicolour apple, rounded. With origin in Japan, the name comes from Mount Fuji, the famous mountain idolized by the Japanese. It is very crunchy, sweet apple and of excellent organoleptic quality which makes it a fruit of preference by clients. It is a late harvest fruit.
Granny Smith – Green apple with troncoconic shape, characterized by its acidity. Bright green skin with white, firm, juicy and crispy pulp. Late harvest apple.
Reinette – Round and flattened apple with brown and rough skin. Soft and delicate pulp, yellowish or greenish, sweet and aromatic with a pleasant touch of acidity. Its pulp is particularly good for cooking: baked or boiled apples and as a component for meat dishes.
