Kiwi
Oval fruit with brown skin. The pulp is of a vibrant green contrasting with the white core and small black seeds. It must be consumed when ripe to taste sweeter.
Kiwi is an excellent source of vitamin C as it has more vitamin C than Orange. Its high content of fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals make it one of the healthiest fruits available.
A common option to eat is to cut and eat it with a spoon, that is, by cutting the fruit in half and removing the content with a teaspoon.
